Brett Bach

Sound Editor, Sound Designer, Re-recording Mixer

Brett joined the Soundcrafter team in 2021 after re-locating to Austin. Prior to his move, he spent 13 years in Los Angeles as a sound editor and re-recording mixer. His feature and documentary credits include work that has debuted at SXSW, Tribeca and Sundance – and television work that has aired on HBO, Nickelodeon, TLC and other networks. He has sound designed and mixed nearly 50 music videos, including the MTV VMA nominated videos for The Black Keys’ “Howlin’ For You” and Billie Eilish’s “All The Good Girls Go To Hell”. Brett has also mixed hundreds of successful advertising spots and trailers for major brands including Nissan, Spotify, Nickelodeon, Jelly Belly and Amazon. In 2019 he won a Clio, Gold Sports Award, for Formula E’s “Street Level”. Outside of Soundcrafter, he plays bass, and creates and distributes unique custom sound effects libraries.
