Dane Butler graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelors of Science in Sound Recording Technology. During his final years he interned at Texas Crew Productions with the editorial department, Pony Sound, and Chez Boom Audio, as well as working at TBD post as an Audio Assistant for a short-term contract position. Shortly after he began working at Chez Boom Audio as the primary ADR Mixer under Shayna Brown, where he continues to work on projects such as Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Power Rangers, The Boys, Star Trek Prodigy, Wrath of Man, West World, and others. He’s cut/recorded dialogue for Lone Star Beer, Dominos, Garmin, Uber Eats, Still Austin Whiskey, and other major brands. He’s also recorded audio books for Admiral McRaven, Louis Sachar, Tim Ferris, Jonathan Van Ness, and Mike Sarraille. In addition to his work at Chez Boom Audio & Soundcrafter, he’s a part-time sound-designer for Rooster Teeth Animation, where he works on feature films & TV shows.
